WE LIKE TO HIKE – CAUSE CHILDREN ARE OUR FUTURE

Hiking for Kids - HiKiZ for short - is our contribution to a better world. The idea was born in 2023 during one of our numerous hikes in the Allgäu Alps. We have been live with HiKiZ since 2024. We donate 10 cents per metre of altitude covered on our tours to a regional children's aid organisation.

Why we love the Alps so much

The Allgäu Alps - from Lake Constance to Forggensee - from Grünten to Lechtal. Our retreat, our power station and ideas workshop. This is where we collect many metres in altitude year after year. This is where we tackle the challenges of everyday working life and develop new ideas.

Collect altitude metres for a good cause and donate a part of it. Alternatively, passive membership is also possible for a contribution for 12€/ year . This is also donated 100 % to a regional children's aid organisation.

HOW ARE THE DONATIONS MADE UP?

The altitude metres donated by the KV.Haus (10 cents per metre) and the donation of your membership fees.

CAN I ALSO DONATE ALTITUDE METRES

Anyone can donate altitude metres. Simply go hiking and transfer 10 cents per metre to our donation account.

CAN I ALSO DONATE LIKE THIS

Anyone can transfer any amount to the donation account, regardless of whether they are a private individual or a company.

HOW HIGH IS THE DONATION RATE AND WHAT IS DONATED FOR

100% of the altitude metres, membership fees and other donations are donated to regional children's aid organisations.

DONATION RECEIPTS ARE AVAILABLE

HiKiZ e.V. has been recognised as a non-profit organisation - we can therefore issue donation receipts for donations of €300 or more.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS

The administrative costs at HiKiZ e.V. are covered 100% by volunteers - therefore the donation rate is also 100%.
